Q: What is your job title and what are your responsibilities on your job?
A: Administrator, manage all aspects of the medical practice, and has been in the field for 25 years.

Q: What do you like most about your work?
A: Working with people to develop their potentials.

Q: What are the major frustrations, toughest problems and decisions you must deal with in your job?
A: Getting people to accept changes and miscommunications between employees.

Q: How many hours do you work each week, and how do you divide up your time?
A: I usually work at least 50 per week, over 6 days per week.

Q: How closely do you work with others?
A: I supervise many people, but work closely mostly with team leaders in business area.

Q: What skills and talents are especially useful and necessary to the satisfactory fulfillment of these responsibilities?
A: I would recommend good organizational skills, people skills, and analytical skills.

Q: Do you have flexibility concerning the location of your work, i.e. home or office?
A: I usually work at the office, but from time to time I bring home extra works in order to meet deadlines.  

Q: What are your career goals for the future?
A: I am looking forward to train more leaders, and if I can, I would go part time.
